Went there and talked to Andre he is the most personable person that I've ever seen in customer service is very nice very caring and he doesn't overcharge I took my car there and I had over $700 worth of stuff done and also my daughter's car and she had over $700 worth of stuff done on her car tire rotation rotors brakes he's just the best and I think I finally found somebody who can take care of my car from now on thank you Tuffy and thanks to Andre and his helpers this helpers are really great mechanics

I just wanted to thank the Tuffy employees at this location that assisted this 'senior' lady on Friday 3/16/18 & checked the air in my tires & filled the ones that required air.. I was making the trip back from Ocala to New Port Richey & wanted to make sure the tires had the required air pressure but find it hard to get down & up to perform this task now.. I usually go to Tuffys here in New Port Richey & always find Tuffys employees helpful & pleasant.. Thank you again for your help..

I called Tuffy this afternoon and spoke with Andre about my air conditioner which was making horribly loud screeching noises..he told me to bring it in and he would look at it. He showed me the two belts that looked fine to me but were about 5 minutes from breaking. He replaced the belts and my car is running like brand new. He was wonderful and did such a great job. I think he needs a raise, lol

Brought my 2010 BMW 335i coupe for alignment. Very friendly and knowable staff. Not only did they correct my alignment but explained in details about what they did. This wasn't my first expensive dealing with Tuffys mechanics, they also changed my water pump and thermostat at half the fraction cost that the dealer would charge... overall experience very happy customer ..

On my way to New Year's Vacation, my car had a simple but very noisy problem that made me think the worst. I manage to get to this car service center. The staff was courteous and prompt. They quickly took care of my car and I was back on the road in no time. I was so appreciative that I could continue my travel plans without interruption, that I was more than willing to pay premium rates for the repair. The most amazing thing was that they did not charge me, because in their words "it was nothing " . Needless to say, I am the most impressed with their service and honesty. I highly recommend TUFFY CAR CENTER of Ocala FL. When I am in the area I would not go anywhere else for my car service needs!! ,
